The panel makers strive to obtain orders for major brand customers, competing at no-charge, and even active organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) panels are also cutting prices together with liquid crystal panels (LCDs).

In the monitor panel, Qunzhi Consulting believes that the entire factory began to actively ship in the second quarter, especially the strong promotions in the Chinese mainland market, which drove LCD panel makers to purchase panel stocks; due to oversupply of TV panels, some panel makers turned to supply LCD panel, so the panel supply is adequate.
However, the large-scale production of liquid crystal display machine factory, so that their own inventory with the channel vendor climbed, so the second quarter of the channel will try to digest inventory.
As for the electrical and electronic panels, Group Intelligence Consulting evaluated that the overall demand for the panel is stable, and some brand owners are concerned about the risk of out-of-stock of personal computer (PC) components and prepare goods in advance. Although the panel maker hopes to increase the utilization rate of the production line of notebooks and panels, and actively promote sales, the supply of upstream components is still in short supply, which still inhibits panel production capacity.
