It is the world's largest float glass furnace for TFT glass substrates, producing the world's thinnest (0.5 mm) 11th generation glass substrate, and the exclusive use of Asahi Glass. The float process developed for the production of alkali-free glass for TFT-LCD has the highest level of floatation technology in the world. The second phase and the third phase mainly produce the 11th-generation TFT-LCD glass substrate original plate, which is used for supporting the China Star Opto-electronics t6 project, and will be gradually completed and put into operation in 2019.
