What Are The Precautions For The Use Of The Light Guide Sheet And Diffuser Sheet in The LCD Liquid Crystal Display?
Dec 02, 2021
1. The surface hardness of the light guide sheet and diffuser sheet (acrylic) in the LCD liquid crystal display is equivalent to that of aluminum (relatively soft). Please pay attention to the protection of the surface when handling it. If it is damaged, polish it with a yellow aluminum abrasive. That is, it is easy to restore the original beautiful surface. Acrylic has a large thermal expansion coefficient, and its degree of expansion is about several times that of metals. Temperature changes should be considered when installing or fixing, leaving room for expansion and contraction.
2. The light guide sheet has the same expansion coefficient as ordinary plastics, and the expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes must be fully considered when using it. Therefore, the indoor temperature should be maintained at about 25 ℃ when installing and storing the light guide plate.
3. The change of temperature will also cause the light guide sheet expand and contract. Although the speed of this change is not as obvious as the change caused by temperature, it must be paid attention to when using it. Therefore, the indoor humidity should be maintained at 50-60 when installing and storing the light guide plate. %RH.
4. It is recommended to install light guide sheet in dust-free workshops of class 100,000 or above; all workers must wear masks to avoid bright spots between light guide sheet, reflective film and diffuser sheet; in order to protect hands while also protecting Light guide sheet, you must wear powder-free latex gloves when working (other types of gloves are not allowed) to avoid hand sweat and fingerprints, and avoid black and white spots and dark shadows caused by scratches.
5. Before assembly, use an electrostatic precipitator to remove dust and IPA (isopropyl alcohol) to clean up surface stains to avoid black and white spots.
6. If the product has stains, hand sweat, fingerprints, etc., it can be cleaned up with IPA (isopropyl alcohol, no other ingredients are used) and a dust-free cloth. Make sure that it is completely dry before assembly.
7. In order to protect the light guide plate, a protective film is attached to its surface. In order to avoid scratches and dust, the protective film should be attached as much as possible when handling the light guide plate, and finally the protective film should be removed.
8. Please assemble the product immediately after unpacking, to avoid dust particles entering.
9. After the finished product is packaged, please be moisture-proof and moisture-proof to avoid moisture intrusion.
