Tianma Executives Inject New Blood: Sun Yongmao, General Manager, Wang Lei, Peng Xuhui, Cheng Wei, Deputy General Manager Of Zhu Yanlin

On the morning of May 10, Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. appointed the leading cadre to announce that it would be held in Shenzhen. Mr. Lai Weixuan, deputy secretary and general manager of the AVIC International Subcommittee, Sun Jiguang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, special administrative affairs, and discipline inspection team leader; Cheng Baozhong, deputy secretary of the party committee of the AVIC International Shenzhen Company; and Fu Debin, head of the Party Committee of the AVIC International Group. Wang Bo, Minister of the Human Resources Department of AVIC Shenzhen, and Wang Guoping, Director of the Leading Cadre Management Office of the CAAC International Party Division, attended the meeting. The company’s party committee secretary and chairman Chen Hongliang, as well as members of the company’s leadership team and representatives of some officials attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Fu Debin first read the "Following Letters Regarding Sun Yongmao's Work" and "Letters concerning Peng Xuhui and others" of AVIC International. After the resolution of the company's board of directors, it was agreed that Sun Yongmao was appointed as the general manager of Tianma Microelectronics, Wang Lei, Peng Xuhui, Cheng Wei and Zhu Yanlin as the company's deputy general managers.
Sun Jiguang then delivered a speech. He emphasized that the adjustment of the leadership team is an important adjustment based on the status quo of Tianma’s leadership team and business development needs. It is hoped that Tianma’s leadership team and cadres’ staff will continue to steadily promote strict administration of the party and strengthen accountability; strengthen collaboration and strengthen teamwork; strict discipline and nurturing hard style. We hope that under the leadership of the team, Tianma can seize the opportunity, forge ahead, explore and innovate, and achieve sustained, healthy and rapid development!
Cheng Baozhong expressed support for the development of Tianma on behalf of the Shenzhen company and put forward specific hopes for the Tianma leadership.
Finally, Lai Weixuan pointed out that the Display Business, as one of the four major core businesses of AVIC International, has assumed an important responsibility in the new strategy of AVIC International. AVIC International will continue to support the development of Tianma. The general cadres of Tianma must strengthen their confidence, pass positive energy, and work together to create a new situation for development.
Lai Weixuan made several requests to Tianma’s leadership: First, the party’s leadership leads and the team’s strength is gathered. Under the new circumstances, the leadership should work hard to strengthen ideological education in party building, use the party’s theory, the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in a new era to arm the team and strengthen teamwork and unity. The second is transformation and innovation, deepening the reform and development. Tianma Company must continuously improve its ability to cope with the new situation, new market and new pattern, promote business model innovation, and change the growth mode. The third is to optimize the structure and adjust the market layout. Tianma Company will “do nothing for it and rule it out”, continue to optimize its product structure and customer structure, strengthen its current strengths in business, further strengthen product research and development capabilities and independent innovation capabilities, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and focus on value growth. Increase the added value of products; actively grasp market opportunities in strategic emerging industries, and lead AVIC's electronic business to become stronger and bigger.
Lai Weixuan emphasized that the group company and AVIC International have ardent expectations for Tianma. Tianma’s cadres and employees must have a deep understanding of their responsibilities and missions, actively support the work of the leadership team, and work together for a long time to help the group company and AVIC. International and Tianma's development make greater contribution!
Sun Yongmao, general manager of the company, thanked the superiors for their recognition and support in their speeches and expressed that they will be honest, self-discipline, and courageous. They will work together with the chairman of the board and the company’s leadership team to jointly lead Tianma to forge ahead and achieve greater development.
