The LED chip is packaged into an LED optoelectronic device, which must be optically designed. The primary optical design mainly determines the light-emitting angle, intensity, light intensity distribution, color temperature range and color temperature distribution of the light-emitting device. An optical designer guarantees the light quality of each LED light-emitting device. In a sense, only one optical design is reasonable, and the secondary LED optical lens design of the system can be smoothly realized, thereby improving the illumination and display effects. Three major factors in an optical design: chip, bracket, and mold. The LED chip is the main body of the light, and the amount of light is directly related to the quality of the chip. The support carries the chip and acts as a fixed chip. The shape and size of the bracket bowl match the chip and play an important role in the light output efficiency. After the mold is filled with epoxy resin, it becomes a lens, and the angle of light emission and the quality of the spot are related to the LED optical lens formed by the mold particles.
