Anyone who knows a little about LCD displays knows that the LCD itself does not emit light on its own. It needs to be equipped with a backlight to make it emit light. Today,RINA TECH team will introduce to you the process flow of LCD backlighting.
The backlight can be any color. Monochrome liquid crystals usually have backlights such as yellow, green, blue, and white. The color display uses white light because it covers the most shades. The difference between the backlight type and the front type is that the backlight is illuminated from the side or the back.
Backlight production process:
1. Cut and divide the plexiglass board, cut the large sheet into small sheets, and then screen-print the pieces.
2. Cut the silk-screened board into corresponding light guide plate materials according to the engineering drawings.
3. Paste the cut light guide plate with film paper, including diffuser film and reflective film.
4. Attach the diffused and reflective light guide plate for edging.
5. Finally, proceed to the lighting process. This is the completion of our side backlight process.
