The Difference Between Imported Acrylic Sheet And Domestic Acrylic Sheet
Nov 18, 2021
1. Different gloss: the imported surface has good brightness and smoothness, while the domestic one does not reflect light very well.
2. Different hardness: imported is relatively soft, not easy to be crushed or broken, domestically produced is relatively hard.
3. The domestic ones are easy to color!
4. Open the outer packaging, that is, the protective film, and look at the material and quality inside. It is best to polish and distinguish, and see the effect of polishing. If the material turns yellow, the resin inside will turn yellow.
5. The thickness of the imported board is stable at about 0.1 to 0.2, and the board has small air bubbles.
The thickness of the domestically-made board is unstable, and the difference is up to 0.5, and some have many bubbles and are unstable.
(1) Different raw materials:
Most domestic companies add back materials when they produce acrylic. When buying, do not believe that there are low-priced and brand-new acrylics. You have to believe in the principle that you get what you pay for. If there are really good goods, then good goods are not cheap.
(2) Product quality:
The domestically-made ones will turn yellow and crack in two or three years, which is normal, and there is also a problem: the tolerance control is not ideal, and the thickness is uneven, which is a common problem of domestically-made boards.
Imported acrylic can achieve almost the same thickness with high technical content, and the surface is crystal clear.
