For the surface film of A-standard products, generally use the original grade whole polarizer, TFT non-rotational triangular material, or TFT scrap polarizer with a large stock; or TFT scrap polarizer and negative film from major channel suppliers in the future Use factory-grade full-length polarizers or composite negatives.
For the surface of B-level products, try to use TFT scrap polarizers and scraps with less inventory, or TFT scrap polarizers that are no longer the main channel supplier for purchase in the future; composite negatives are used for negatives. When customers have special requirements, special polarizers are selected according to customer requirements.
Instructions
Handle with care, do not push or scratch on the surface with hard objects. It cannot be folded during pick and place. Color separation and screening should be carried out on grade sheets and edge blanks before they are put into production. When patching, be sure to let the cleaning solution remaining on the LCD surface completely evaporate before attaching the polarizer. storage and handling
Storage method of polarizers: polarizers should be stored at room temperature, and the humidity should be kept below 75[%] under shading; they should be stored flat; the supplier's complete package of polarizers should be stacked according to the stacking height and stacking position marked by the supplier; For polarizers packaged by express delivery and polarizers in bulk, each 300 sheets need to be separately supported and stacked. Handling method of polarizer: When handling polarizer, it should be placed on the top layer of the transported object, the height should not exceed the stacking height, and it should be handled with care, not vertically, and not pressed.
