1. Production process:

  In order to facilitate the stability and consistency of mass production, we adhere to the following points:

  (1) If the customer has no special designation, all Chimei high-transmittance acrylic sheets will be used;

  (2) Using single-component light-guiding white oil, the single component is extremely effective in reducing the light effect changes of different batches caused by ink adjustment;

 (3) The reflective film of the large-size light guide plate is uniformly made of highly reflective materials with a thickness of 0.4mm or more to ensure sufficient hardness and elasticity. It can maintain sufficient flatness during the pressing process and eliminate the shadow problem caused by bubbles generated during the filming process. ；

 (4) The product is not baked, and it dries naturally and quickly after printing. The production process is simplified and the factors that affect the light effect in the process are reduced. The fast-drying and high reflective characteristics of the ink make the product less susceptible to dust and other dirt. , Does not cause fluctuations in light effects due to climate change.

2. Light-in method

      Unique dot design technology and the use of total reflection and non-refraction ink give our products two major advantages:

      1. Achieve single-sided wide viewing angle light, reduce costs for customers, simplify assembly, and make a significant contribution to reducing product failure rates.

      2. There is no phenomenon of different light effects when viewed from different angles, so that large-size products that emit light on both sides overcome the phenomenon that the closer half is black and the far half is bright when viewed from the side.
