Introduction Of LED Backlight Production Process

The LED backlight source for LCD is currently popular known as the light guide plate. There are many display colors. The luminous color is mainly determined by the lamp beads. The backlight usually used in the monochrome LCD screen has several display colors such as yellow, green, blue and white. The backlight source, and color LCD screens generally use white light. The light guide plate is divided into backlight type and front light type. The difference is that the backlight type is illuminated from the side or the back.
The production process of the backlight is as follows:
1: Cut the organic light guide plate, divide the large sheet into small sheets, and perform silk-screening or laser processing after the division.
2: Cut the silk-screened board into the corresponding light guide plate material according to the engineering drawings.
3: Cutting light guide plate and paste the film paper, including the diffuser film and the reflective film.
4: After finishing the above work, carry out hemming operation.
5: Finally, carry out the lamp installation process, this is our normal production process of the production process of the lamp bead luminous backlight source
In addition, there is also a side-emitting backlight. Due to space problems, the customer puts the lamp beads on the circuit board, and the light guide plate only needs to open the corresponding lamp slot without installing the lamp. The other processes are the same.
