What should the LCD module pay attention to during our formal assembly operation?
1. The modules are all assembled by professional meditation, so please do not arbitrarily make or repair yourself.
2. The metal frame jaws cannot be easily twisted and disassembled.
3. Can not arbitrarily modify the conductive tape
4. Cannot modify any internal nails
5. Can not easily modify the PCB board assembly holes, lines, shapes and components
6. Do not drop, touch, twist, or bend the module.
How should the LCD module operate when soldered?
When soldering outside the module, the interface circuit must be operated according to the following procedures
1. The temperature of the molten iron head must be less than 280°C.
2. The welding time must be less than 3 seconds to 4 seconds
3. Soldered materials: low melting point and eutectic
4. Cannot use acidic flux
5. More important welding cannot exceed three times, and the time interval of each repeat is 5 minutes
