Lcd display use precautions Daquan

The lcd display is prone to dust. It takes a long time to become a big face, and it is naturally uncomfortable to use. If you find that the surface of the lcd display is smudged, gently wipe it off with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not spray water directly onto the surface of the display. Water entering the lcd display will cause the screen to short. Reasonable use and effective maintenance are critical to the service life of the LCD display. Many people are convenient for the diagram, often turn off the monitor at the same time after shutdown, which will seriously damage the life of the display. In general, do not leave the lcd display on for a long time (more than 72 hours in a row). Another feature of the LCD when displaying images is that if a fixed content is displayed for a long time, some of the LCD pixels may overheat and cause damage, which is also noticed. The cd display brings a lot of visual enjoyment to the user in many aspects, so that everyone can feel the comfort and convenience brought by the technology. Please use it as much as possible in the use. For example, turn off the monitor when not in use. Do not let the brightness of the display too high, etc., this is a little effort, but it can extend the life of the whole machine.

LCD use precautions 1. Make sure that the cable is plugged in with the power off. When fixing the LCD screen, pay attention to keep the whole LCD screen flat, avoiding external force and causing the LCD screen to “bend” and “distort”. Be careful of the surface polarizer of the LCD screen to avoid being scratched by hard objects (never place hard objects on the LCD screen). If the water droplets stay on the liquid crystal module for a long time, it may cause discoloration or stains, so be sure to clean the module in time. When the surface of the screen is smudged, use a cotton or soft cloth to wipe. If there is still dirt on it, you can blow it first and then wipe it.

A. LCD usage precautions

1. Make sure that the cable is plugged in while the power is off.

2. When fixing the LCD screen, pay attention to keep the entire LCD screen flat, avoiding external force and causing the LCD screen to "bend" and "distort".

3. Be careful of the surface polarizer of the LCD screen to avoid being scratched by hard objects ( never put hard objects on the LCD screen)

4. If the water droplets stay on the liquid crystal module for a long time, it may cause discoloration or stains, so be sure to clean the module in time.

5. When the surface of the screen is smudged, use a cotton or soft cloth. If there is still dirt on it, blow it first and then wipe it.

6. The LCD module should be taken/disposed, because the liquid crystal cell is a glass product, which is fragile. Dropping or tapping may cause the glass to break.

7. The liquid crystal module uses CMOS-LSIs, so when handling the liquid crystal module, it is necessary to prevent static electricity, and the operator must have effective grounding measures.

8. When plugging in the inverter, do not pull the backlight back too much

9. Do not leave the LCD module exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light for an extended period of time.

10. Since the visual characteristics of the liquid crystal module vary depending on the viewing angle. Therefore, when assembling, you should fully consider the position of the user at the best viewing angle.

11. If the liquid crystal is stored below the lower limit of the specified storage temperature, the liquid crystal may crystallize and cause irreparable damage. If placed in a temperature environment that exceeds the upper limit of the storage temperature, the liquid crystal may become an isotropic liquid and the liquid crystal state cannot be restored.

12. Do not disassemble the LCD module, as this may damage the LCD module.

13. Gases emitted from epoxy resins (amine hardeners), silicone adhesives (de-alcoholic binders or oxime binders) used in equipment or packaging materials may cause degradation of the polarizing plate. Therefore it is necessary to check the compatibility of the materials used.

14. There are electronic components on the back of the LCD module, so avoid pressing the back surface during design, assembly, and disposal, otherwise the electronic components may be damaged.

15. Observe the other precautions regarding the use of electronic components. It is recommended to check the LCD module as close as possible to the actual operating environment.

16. Because the LCD module is packaged in a frame, use the accessory carefully in the design.

17. When plugging the interface connector, keep the same level and parallel direction as the connector of the LCD module.

18. In the disposal of the liquid crystal module or in the device, if it is left in the air with oxidizing or reducing gas for a long time, or if a material such as a reagent, a solvent, a binder, a resin or the like is generated, the liquid crystal module may be caused. Corrosion, discoloration

19. Do not place the module with the protective film in a high temperature environment, otherwise the protective film will stick to the surface of the module and will not be removed.

20. It is best not to touch the polarizer of the LCD module at any time, it is easy to stain and leave stains.

21. Do not use the backlight wire at all times (including when taking it out of the box), otherwise it will easily damage the wire.

22. It is recommended that the operator wear an antistatic suit and wear a grounded wrist strap when handling the LCD module.

23. Do not apply too much pressure to the TCP on the back of the module, otherwise it will damage TCP.

B. Module processing considerations

1. The outer leads of the liquid crystal module must not be connected incorrectly, otherwise it may cause overcurrent, overvoltage, etc. and damage to the module device.

2. When the module is connected to the power supply and disconnected from the power supply, the signal level must be input after the positive power supply (5±0.25V) is stably connected. If the signal level is input before or after the power supply is stabilized, it may damage the IC circuit of the module.

3. Soldering iron temperature: 280±10°C welding time: <3-4S; welding material: eutectic type, low melting point; repeated welding must not exceed 3 times.

4. Pressing the display part hard will cause an abnormal display. At this time, disconnect the power supply, wait a while, re-power it, and return to normal.

C. Module storage considerations

If you store for a long time (such as a few years), we recommend the following:

1. Packed in a polyethylene pocket (preferably with an antistatic coating) and sealed at the mouth

2. Place in the dark to avoid glare

3. Never put any objects on the surface

4. Strictly avoid storing in environments exceeding extreme temperature and humidity conditions
