The drive elements of the two development products are low-temperature polysilicon TFTs. The low-molecular-weight RGB three-color phosphors are applied to form a color panel using a metal mask evaporation method. The organic EL element is a bottom emission type structure that extracts light from a TFT substrate. The development product was produced on the 4.5th generation production line of Tianmawei Electronics in Shanghai. "The company plans to mass-produce it in 2014."

The 3.2-inch product has 320 x 480 pixels and 180 ppi fineness. The white display has a luminance of 200 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 10000:1. The 12-inch product has a pixel of 1200×800, a fineness of 125 ppi, a full white display luminance of 400 cd/m 2 and a contrast ratio of 1000:1.
