Precautions
1. The light guide plate should maintain the integrity of the packaging paper during cutting and polishing to avoid scratches. 2. When the light guide plate is polished, if there are obvious scraps or dust remaining in the cut, it will affect the light guide effect.
3. If the reflective paper on the back is packaged with the lamp tube as a whole, the light guide effect will be better.
4. The length l of the light guide plate on the side of the lamp tube is preferably equal to or slightly longer than the length of the lamp tube; if the lamp tube is obviously shorter than the light guide plate during the test, the side opening should also be sealed with silver-plated tape.
5. It is recommended to use a genuine light source when testing; the brightness and color of the light source will also affect the light guide effect. 6. Directly judging the light guide brightness of the light guide plate with the naked eye will cause a big deviation. Because the raw material of RINA TECH light guide plate is imported fine material MMA, the plate is colorless and transparent, and there is no background color when emitting light. The naked eye cannot directly perceive its true brightness. It is recommended to use an illuminance meter to test or put a light box film to judge its brightness.
7. Test with an illuminance meter, it is recommended to leave the light guide plate 3-5CM
