The structure of the light box mainly has: lead, bracket, encapsulation adhesive, bonding wire, LED chip, solid crystal adhesive and phosphor. LED lamp beads discoloration failure with its material points, structure, packaging process and use conditions are closely related.

Phosphor sink: lamp beads assembled into LED lamps and lanterns in the warehouse storage, if stored for too long will produce phosphor sink, resulting in inconsistent light refraction law and dispersion phenomenon, resulting in colour temperature drift, while the phenomenon of lamp beads discoloration.
Encapsulation glue causes:
1. The residual foreign matter in the encapsulation glue, the appearance of the failed lamp beads show local discoloration and blackening, mainly because of the introduction in the encapsulation process.
2. Colloid discolouration occurs when the encapsulated adhesive is eroded by chemical substances
Stand causes:
1. Foreign matter contamination of the holder
2. Stent corrosion
3. Poor quality of stent plating
