A smart phone must satisfy its functions as a mobile phone, which is to solve the core needs of calling, and other functions are the icing on the cake.
Tablet PC can also talk (voice or even video), but it is not necessary. Its core requirement is to meet users' work and entertainment needs such as browsing the Web and mobile office, while calling is only one of the small needs, and it is not rigid.
Smart phone needs to exist as a mobile phone, which determines some of its characteristics, small volume, easy to carry, so under the limitation of volume, based on the call, as far as possible to meet the other needs of different users, is the contradiction between the size and meet the needs of other users
Platform computer is smaller than PC in size and more portable than PC, so it should correspond to PC computer instead of mobile phone.
