The introduction and advantages and disadvantages of touch screen optical full-fit and traditional mouth-glue

May 05, 2018

From the perspective of the structure of the screen, the LCD screen can be roughly divided into three parts, from top to bottom are protective glass, touch screen, display screen. These three parts need to be affixed, and the affixation methods are divided into two types: full fit and frame fit.

The frame paste, also known as mouth glue, is simply to fix the touch screen and the four sides of the display with double-sided tape; an air layer exists between the display screen and the touch screen.

Full-fit technology means that the display and the touch screen are completely glued together with water glue or optical glue.
