Step 1: Remove the protective layer from the screen to be pressed and defoamed

Step 2: Put the screen of the protective layer into the mold

Step 3: Take out the prepared cover and tear off the protective layer

Step 4: Place the cover on the screen of the mold, not on the screen.

Step 5: After sticking, use your index finger to gently press against the front and back. Be careful not to squeeze the screen to avoid the formation of dead bubbles! Just tap the middle of the screen.

Step 6: Take out the screen and place it on the fitting panel. Note that the cable should not be placed inside the screen, and it is easy to crush the screen.

Step 7: Put in the fit god pad (the god pad will gradually become larger during the process of bonding and defoaming, and put the appropriate proportion when removing the bubble).

Step 8: Cover the cover, select the fit, click the button in the lower right corner to enter the settings. (The factory is set up, please contact us if you need to change)

The ninth step: set the vacuum bonding time to 30s, the defoaming time is 10m (Note: here is an auxiliary data, set according to your own needs, if you do not understand can contact the after-sales), press the start button to start the fit.

Step 10: After the defoaming, take out our screen, tear off the protective layer, and perfectly fit the defoaming.
