1. The amount of adhesive must be used according to the specific size of the product. Too small amount of adhesive can make the surface to be completely covered, or bring air into the adhesive when it cures and shrinks, which affects the appearance. In addition, if the application is uneven, for example, grease, dust, or pores may cause bubbles after bonding, and it may be removed by washing.
2. All acrylic sheets will leave marks that are difficult to remove when they are attacked by the adhesive. Therefore, the adhesive can be used to protect the parts that do not need to be adhered.
3. Acrylic processing Before bonding acrylic sheets, first control the indoor humidity and temperature, otherwise it will affect the bonding effect.
4. The direct blowing will make the edge of the bonding surface white due to the rapid evaporation of the adhesive, so the bonding surface of the acrylic product cannot be directly blown. In addition, if the bonded product is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, the acrylic product will undergo different degrees of yellowing, which will seriously affect the aesthetics of the acrylic product.
