Production Process of Uniform High-Brightness Microstructure LGP

1. Raw Material Pretreatment and Mixing
First, PP, PMMA, and PS granules are pretreated: Moisture is removed from the materials using a hot air dryer (temperature 80-100℃, duration 2-4 hours) to prevent air bubbles from affecting light transmittance after molding. Then, according to product performance requirements, the three materials are added to a mixer in a preset ratio, along with a small amount of antioxidant and anti-yellowing agent (0.1%-0.3%). The mixture is stirred at 300-500 r/min for 15-20 minutes to ensure uniform integration of the materials and additives, forming a stable mixed raw material.

2. Microstructure Molding Process The process employs "injection molding + mold replication": Mixed raw materials are fed into an injection molding machine and heated to melt at the specified melting temperature (PP 180-220℃, PMMA 230-260℃, PS 180-210℃). The melt is then injected into a precision mold with microstructure textures under high pressure (50-80MPa). After the mold cools to 60-80℃, it is opened, and the molded blank is removed. At this point, the blank surface has completely replicated the micron-level light-guiding structure on the mold (texture depth 5-20μm, spacing 10-50μm).

3. Post-processing and Quality Inspection First, the formed blank is cut: A CNC cutting machine is used to precisely cut the blank according to the product dimensions, with an error controlled within ±0.1mm, while removing edge burrs. Next, the surface is cleaned by rinsing with deionized water and wiping with a lint-free cloth to remove residual impurities. Finally, the quality inspection stage begins: a transmittance tester is used to measure the light transmittance of the glossy surface (≥85%), and a luminance meter is used to measure the light uniformity (deviation ≤5%).
