The scattering agent is typically either nano-titanium dioxide or nano-silicon dioxide, both of which exhibit a blue light effect. When using nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide, the weight ratio is preferably 1:1, and the scattering agent size is generally between 3.2 and 4.5 nm. Triton X-100 is commonly used as the dispersant. Through this material combination and ratio, as well as plasma treatment of the diffuser, uniform dispersion of the diffuser within the base material is achieved, ensuring excellent scattering.
