2.The major material is acrylic sheet or say PMMA sheet with molding designed dots or screen printing.

3.Using the led pcb strip assembly on the edge or bottom of the acrylic board.

4.Using the siver and reflecting film around the edge and back to shading and reflecting the brightness to upon surface.

5.Our led backlighting is using the diffusing film stick on the upon surface to make good even brightness uniformity.

6.Suitable designed PCB strip for good led current control which will increase the led lifespan.

Connection way can be electronic wires with connector,FPC or metal pins.

7.Free samples for no molding shape, we can provide comom DC3.0V existed PCB samples for customer's evaluation.
