Product Description

The RV376FBB-N10 is a color active matrix TFT LCD open cell that uses amorphous silicon TFTs (Thin Film Transistors) as an active switching device. This open cell has a 37.6-inch diagonally measured active area with FHD resolutions (1920 horizontal by 540 vertical pixel arrays). Each pixel is divided into RED, GREEN, and BLUE dots which are arranged in vertical stripes and this module can display 16.7M colors. The TFT-LCD panel is adapted to a low reflection and higher color type. Additionally, the RV376FBB-N10 has a built-in LED driver with an LED backlight unit for power saving which is placed around the edge of the panel. The average power consumption of the LCD panel is 4.0W at operating mode conditions: Ta=25℃, VCC=3.3V, 1/fH=1/fV=60Hz, and the system integrated circuit is disabled condition. This power consumption can be lowered by using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control to dim the backlight LEDs. With these various functions, the RV376FBB-N10 meets the demands of high-image quality visuals in industrial equipment monitors and public information displays.

Operating Precautions
• Do not connect or disconnect the cable to/from the Module at the “Power On” Condition.
• When the module is operating, do not lose CLK, and ENAB signals. If any one of these signals is lost, the module would be damaged.
• Obey the supply voltage sequence. If the wrong sequence is applied, the module would be damaged.
• Do not allow to adjust the adjustable resistance or switch
• The electrochemical reaction caused by DC voltage will lead to LCD module degradation, so DC drive should be avoided.
• The LCD modules use C-MOS LSI drivers, so customers are recommended that any unused input terminal would be connected to Vdd or Vss, do not input any signals before power is turned on, and ground your body, work/assembly area, assembly equipment to protect against static electricity.
• Do not exceed the absolute maximum rating value. (supply voltage variation, input voltage variation, variation in part contents and environmental temperature, and so on) Otherwise, the Module may be damaged.
• Module has high-frequency circuits. Sufficient suppression of electromagnetic interference shall be done by system manufacturers. Grounding and shielding methods may be important to minimize interference.
• Design the length of cable to connect between the connector for the back-light and the converter as shorter as possible and the shorter cable shall be connected directly, The long cable between the back-light and Converter may cause the Luminance of the LED to lower and need a higher startup voltage.
• The cables should be as short as possible between System Board and the PCB interface.
• Connectors are precision devices to transmit electrical signals, and operators should plug in parallel.
• Be careful about condensation at sudden temperature changes. Condensation makes damage to the polarizer or electrical contacted parts. And after fading condensation, smear or spot will occur.
