Bright RGB Backlight Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation and Pre-treatment: Selecting RGB LED chips suitable for high brightness requirements (preferably SMD and COB packages) ensures that chip luminous efficacy and wavelength consistency meet design standards. Simultaneously, preparing core raw materials such as PCB substrates, diffusion films, brightness enhancement films, reflective sheets, and driver ICs; ultrasonically cleaning or plasma treatment of the PCB substrate to remove surface oxides and oil; applying a thermally conductive layer to optimize heat dissipation; laser cutting and antistatic coating treatment of the optical films; and pre-drilling positioning holes to ensure subsequent assembly accuracy.
2. RGB LED Chip Mounting and Curing: A high-precision pick-and-place machine precisely mounts the RGB LED chips onto the PCB substrate according to preset coordinates, controlling the positional deviation within ±0.05mm. After mounting, a high thermal conductivity adhesive is applied, and the chips are fixed using thermosetting or UV curing processes to prevent excessive thermal resistance from causing light decay. 3.
