Production process of White Diffusion Board
1. Substrate preparation
Injection molding

Extrusion
After heating the raw materials to a flowing state, they are continuously extruded into long strips through an extruder, and then cooled and cut to produce flat thin sheets or strips.Afterwards, surface treatment is carried out to obtain a large area of uniform diffusion layer.
2. Surface treatment-Chemical Etching
By coating chemical etchants on the surface of the diffusion plate, micro - or even nano scale concave convex structures can be etched to enhance the light scattering effect.
Coating process
Using spray painting, screen printing, or UV curing techniques, cover the surface of the diffusion plate with a layer of diffusion film or coating, such as PET material diffusion film.
