The core components are a high-strength PC (polycarbonate) and high-transmittance PS (polystyrene) composite substrate, with imported anti-blue light additives to prevent the release of harmful substances at the source.
It maintains its shape and stability within a temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃, making it suitable for lighting applications in various European climates. It also possesses excellent impact resistance, withstanding a 1kg steel ball dropped from a height of 1.8m without breakage in drop ball impact tests, reducing the risk of damage during lighting transportation and installation.
The anti-blue light additive added to the substrate is an inorganic nano-scale material that is tightly bound to the substrate molecules, avoiding the problems of easy volatility and aging of traditional organic additives. This ensures that the anti-blue light performance of the product is stable within a 50,000-hour service life

Production Process of Direct Sales Anti-Blue Light Diffuser Plate:
Raw Material and Formulation Preparation:
Select PC resin and environmentally friendly auxiliary materials, precisely proportioning them (e.g., adjusting additive dosage according to anti-blue light rate). Dry the raw materials to remove moisture and prevent air bubbles in subsequent processing.
Extrusion Molding and Preliminary Processing:
The dried raw materials are fed into an extruder, melted at 250℃-300℃, and extruded through a custom mold. They are then water-cooled or air-cooled for shaping, and cut to the required length to obtain semi-finished products.
Surface Treatment and Performance Optimization:
The semi-finished products undergo coating (enhancing wear resistance and optimizing optical performance) or texture pressing (improving aesthetics and diffusion effect). Anti-blue light rate and light transmittance are then tested; if standards are not met, the process is adjusted.
Quality Inspection and Packaging:
