Distributed evenly inside the substrate, composed of two kinds of nano diffusion fillers: silicone microspheres and modified acrylic particles. The particles are suspended stably without precipitation, responsible for multi-angle refraction of LED light, which is the key structure to realize uniform light output of LED Light Diffusing Acrylic Sheet.

Ultra-thin inorganic optical coating attached to the double-sided surface of LED Light Diffusing Acrylic Sheet. It has anti-scratch, anti-static and anti-yellowing properties, prevents surface scratches from affecting luminous effect, and reduces dust adhesion to keep long-term light transmission stability.

It can wrap and isolate internal LED lamp strips and circuits, block dust, water vapor and tiny debris to damage lamp components. Meanwhile, it resists ultraviolet aging and temperature difference deformation, prevents LED lamps from yellowing and performance attenuation caused by long-term exposure.

Compared with glass diffuser plates, LED Light Diffusing Acrylic Sheet has low density and strong machinability, supporting cutting, hot bending, drilling and silk-screen printing. It can be made into various shapes to match personalized lighting design, taking into account luminous performance and decorative aesthetics.
